Groups of students attending the first and second grades of Vocational High Schools participate in a series of activities during the programme. Participants hold live group sessions with mentors who are professionals working in sectors corresponding to the specialisations they have chosen or are interested in pursuing, and receive useful information about their career prospects and current working conditions.
Furthermore, by participating in an educational workshop, they are informed about the importance of asking targeted questions nowadays, and learn how through this process they will be able to develop three soft skills: critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills. At the same time, moving from theory to practice, they are introduced into how to ask better questions with the help of technology, and through experiential activities they discover good practices related to their entry into the modern labour market.
Educators who undertake the implementation of the programme in their school participate in online training on all of the above in order to be able to support their students.
